The inauguration ceremony on April 5th was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Vajira Dissanayake (President, Sri Lanka Medical Council; Dean, Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo) and Guest of Honour Prof. D.Y.D. Samarawickrama (Professor Emeritus, Queen Mary University of London).

A key highlight was the conferment of the Fellowship of the College of Dentistry and Stomatology Sri Lanka (FCDSSL) on Prof. B.M.H.S.K. Banneheka, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to dental education and practice.
